Governing Source
Unless otherwise marked, Scripture quotations and controlling biblical language are from the Ferrar Fenton Translation, The Holy Bible in Modern English, Master Public Reference Edition (FFT), collated against the supplied FFT source files.
Quotation Policy
Visible footnote numerals from the FFT source are omitted from quotation blocks unless the note itself is being discussed. Scripture quotations must be exact, or else explicitly labeled as excerpts with ellipses. Where earlier drafts used paraphrase, memory, inherited translation language, or another translation, the passage must be repaired against FFT or moved into a non-controlling apparatus.
Non-FFT Material
Historical, geographical, and comparative translation material may be used only as secondary apparatus. It may not govern the book’s doctrine. Appendix A is therefore presented only as a restrained geographical and textual study under FFT control, not as a foundation for the book’s doctrinal argument.
